In today’s fast-paced world of work it’s easy to get sucked in by doubting self-talk and thoughts to the point where you begin to believe them.

Road Map to Success
You probably already know that there are things you can do to help yourself - if only you knew what they were. Well I am going to help you there, if you follow all or just some of the exercises and incorporate them into your life you will feel the benefit. That doesn’t mean you have to completely change your life, just make small adjustments and notice the difference. Over time these small actions lead to a general shift in the way you experience life and what it throws at you. Until the point where you just don’t notice what it is that used to bother you.
Now if you’re in a hurry and want to get your hands on my latest e-book that’s choc-full of helpful and immediate actions that you can apply to make a difference click here or on the left where you can see the cover ‘Beat the Burn Out Blues’.
In the meantime do one small thing today to make you feel better . . . . just while you’re sitting there in your chair, become aware of your breathing and as you do notice that you can ….slow right down. Now just let your eyes focus on a spot just above the height of your pc screen and continue that soft, rhythmic breathing, whilst you hear the sounds around you and your eyes stay fixed on that spot. Go ahead and do that now. As you come back you’ll notice a difference in how you feel. It’s small actions like these that can bring you back to the moment and to reality, so that you live life in the now instead of inside your head. Now go practice and feel the benefit.
